As producers and retailers, our main goal is to do as little harm to our planet as possible. Because we produce new things, we have to use resources, so we're committed to doing so as sustainably as possible.
As a small family business, we produce all our products locally with the help of local artisans and seamstresses. The entire process is carried out within 200 kilometers of our office in Vilnius, from production to finishing and packing!
Most of our products are designed for small children; therefore, our materials are as natural as possible. All our cotton fabrics are OEKO-TEX or GOTS certified, polyester filling also has OEKO-TEX certification, and wooden parts are absolutely natural and free from chemical treatment. We guarantee that 90% of our materials and fabrics are of natural origin.
We pack your orders in boxes made from recycled cardboard and secure most of them with eco-friendly paper sticking tape. The plastic bags we use for packing and shipping are all recyclable, recycled, or compostable! All our marketing materials, including printed instructions, cards, and stickers, are printed locally on recycled paper using soy ink.
In order to leave no (or minimal) production waste, we use every tiny scrap of fabric to make bags for packaging or give away leftover fabric to our fellow artisans. We recycle all our studio and office waste. Although there's always room for improvement, we're very proud of the sustainability steps we've taken recently, and we hope our clients appreciate them too!
